CASPAR modern takes on Spanish famous dishes and comfort food.

Take a journey of a modern approach to traditional Spanish recipes served by CASPAR’s culinary team. Some of our diners favorites to try, such as, Alitas Picante, or the hot wings and Arroz Negro Alicante or squid ink Paella that is infused by thick seafood broth.

The sweet tooth must try Leche Con Galletas or the classic milk cookies that we served in style with a scoop of white creamy foam and cream custard at the bottom of the cookies.
